    1. Delivered two initiatives for a retail client: (1) operations automation via web-data ingestion/normalization and (2) an in-store staff-assistance feature.
    2. Developed core processing logic to ingest data from external websites, normalize inconsistent formats, and generate structured records for internal workflows.
    3. Implemented validation/standardization and collaborated with engineers to integrate the module into an existing Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) backend.
    4. Reduced end-to-end processing time by 40% (150 → 90 minutes) and deployed to production; implemented decision logic for the staff-assistance feature and supported a limited live-store pilot with iteration from early feedback.

    1. Transitioned from PM → SWE across an 8-month engagement, owning both delivery coordination and implementation.
    2. PM: Managed 2 parallel projects (research + web app) with a 2-3 person team; delivered the research project and drove execution through async updates and stakeholder alignment.
    3. SWE: Built and shipped an internal work-hours tracking app in Next.js, deployed on Vercel with Better Auth and Amazon RDS, iterating based on internal user feedback.
